We’ve had a great start to the school year at JMB! Just a few reminders: learning is required every day. Behaviors that distract from learning or safety—such as hanging out in bathrooms or hallways, vaping, dress code violations, misuse of cell phones, disruptions, or disrespect—will be addressed. Thank you for supporting a safe and focused learning environment for all Clippers!

Freshmen First Day is off to an incredible start! The Class of 2029 was welcomed with cheers, smiles, and even live music from our amazing band as they entered the building. The Clipper crew is back and ready to set sail into the 2025–2026 school year! We kicked off the 2025–2026 school year with unstoppable energy at the WCPS County Kickoff at the Civic Center, celebrating alongside all of Wicomico County Public Schools.

Please note that schools and offices of Wicomico County Public Schools will open at 11 a.m. Thursday so that all staff members may attend a Staff Kickoff Celebration for the 2025-2026 school year.

Schedule changes cannot be made for teacher preference.

We hope JMB seniors (and their parents) interested in applying to college will attend Senior Application Night on Thursday, September 11th at Parkside High School from 5:30 -8:30 p.m. This opportunity will provide expert advice and help you navigate the college application process!

September 17th is picture day for 9th-11th graders.

🎓 Seniors! It’s time to plan your senior portraits! Don’t wait and risk missing the yearbook deadline!

Deadline to submit your formal portrait: November 17, 2025

Option 1: Book with Lifetouch – sessions are offered at JMB on Sept 30 & Oct 1.
These photos are submitted directly to JMB for the yearbook. You simply have to choose the photo you want after your session, and they will do the rest.
