Congratulations to the following students: Nathanael Groth, Peter Jin, Eden Debebe, and Harish Chandrasekaran for placing THIRD out of 15 teams at the 40th Annual Salisbury University Math Competition!
Mr. Greene and Mr. Sandlin were presented the 2023-2024 Sportsmanship award for the Bayside Conference. This is one of the greatest awards we can get in athletics because this speaks to our JMB character. Thank you, Mr. Sandlin, Ms. Rose, coaches, and everyone involved for encouraging our students to demonstrate quality sportsmanship. This makes the principal and of the Clipper Nation proud.

Today was World Kindness Day at JMB. Students and staff wrote kindness messages on postcards to their friends and students. It was a great day to be a Clipper!
Congratulations to our Fortnite eSports team for qualifying for the National Championship in the High School eSports League! The Clippers capped off their regular season this past Monday with a victory over Pinecrest Preparatory Middle/High School in Florida. Next up, they’ll face Salinas High School from California in the semifinals on Monday, November 18. Let’s go, Clippers!
As the saying goes, “In a world where you can be anything, be kind,” The perfect time to start is Wednesday, November 13th as we celebrate World Kindness Day 2024. The goal of this international celebration is simple: make kindness the standard instead of the exception.

Saturday, November 9th, auditions were held for this year's Wicomico All County Honors Orchestra. To audition, students had to prepare two pieces of specified music and be able to perform scales and sightread to complete their audition. The following students have been accepted and will present a concert on Friday, January 17th at Wicomico High School with other string players from around the county.
