The Parkside Marching RAMS came out of the gates with a VICTORY at their first Maryland Marching Band Association competition of the season at Crofton High School on Saturday night (Division 3A) with a final score of 77.16! Congratulations to band members, staff, and parents on a GREAT start to the season!

Mr. Steve Jenkins was recently sharing his scrapbook with HPM (High Performance Manufacturing) Level 2 students as a prompt towards keeping their awards and certificates so they could be shared with future prospective employers. One was a newspaper clipping from The Daily Time 25 years ago when he was first hired. The reporter was a PHS CTE junior in Criminal Justice at the time by the name of Erica Riggin; today, we know her as our amazing Parkside Counseling Department Chair. After an email prompt, she made a surprise visit to the classroom to reminisce and have a photo taken with the clipping. 💚🤍🐏🤍💚
